D James Grigg is a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner in the field of musculoskeletal pain and sports medicine. He gained his first class honours degree at the University of Chichester, one of only two in his year to achieve this level. In 2006 he was selected by the Society of Sport Therapists to represent the UK as part of the USA Sports Medicine Scholarship programme. James was sent to Richmond Virginia (USA) to work alongside some of the most respected medical practitioners in their respective fields. During his stay he observed the latest treatment techniques used in surgical procedures, physical therapy rehabilitation clinics and athletic training regimes for university athletes. He was also asked to guest lecture on muscle related pain and treatment protocols. Since then he has worked and gained experienced with Bournemouth Football Club and Chiropractic/Physiotherapy clinics. In 2007 James founded James Grigg Injury Clinic a unique practice dedicated to the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of joint, nerve and muscular related pain. The purpose of James Grigg Injury Clinic is to provide the highest quality healthcare for every patient that is seen.
James has worked with all kinds of people ranging from the elite athlete to the recreational golfer, from the active teenager to the retiree, from the city worker to the labourer.
