James Grigg

James originally┬ástarted his career at the University of Chichester and achieved a first class honours degree in Sports Therapy. In 2006 James was hand picked by the Society of Sports Therapists to represent the UK and was awarded the annual Sports Medicine Scholarship. This high accolade included an all expenses paid trip to Virginia Commonwealth University USA. Whilst there, James worked with and alongside some of the World’s most respected medical practitioners and was involved with the research into latest medical techniques and practices.

Since his return to the UK James has been part of the successful team at Bournemouth’s leading physiotherapy and sports therapy clinic, Body In Motion. Here he is the lead sports therapist and is now recognised in the south as one of the top professionals to visit for injury treatment, sports massage or post-op rehabilitation.

2010 has seen the creation of James Grigg Centres, 2 brand new clinics designed to incorporate all aspects of musculoskeletal health care. It is the combined approach of many different teachings that makes these centres different from other practices. Whether it is treatment, sports massage or post-op rehabilitation, the standard of service is always of the highest quality.

James was recently appointed Head of Medical at Salisbury City Football and has set up a private clinic on site for the general public. He is also a guest lecturer at Chichester University covering all aspects of musculoskeletal health care.


Jenny Hammond

Jenny graduated with a BA Honours in Dance from the University of Chichester in 2006. Since graduating she has gained work experience in a variety of arts organisations, including Smart Audiences, DanceArts UK, Union Dance and Robert Hylton Urban Classicism. Alongside this Jenny also has experience in teaching dance and is currently working towards qualifications with the International Dance Teachers Association. In Spring 2007 Jenny began a work placement with Henri Oguike Dance Company and joined their management team as Tour Manager/Administrator in January 2008. Jenny joined Tavaziva Dance in June 2009 and was appointed Education Manager in November 2010.

Jenny works part-time handling bookings and enquiries.
