No gym memberships

James Grigg Personal Training is based in our private exclusive training centres. There are no gym memberships, meaning training is one-to-one, so there is no feeling of being embarrassed that other people are watching you. Safety

The beauty of James Grigg Personal Training is that you will be assessed for areas of potential weakness by our injury treatment service before you start training.
